Job Partner Luxembourg is a founding member of the "LPRA" (Luxembourg Professional Recruiters Association asbl – www.lpra.lu)

 

This association was set up to monitor and regulate the activity of the recruitment sector in Luxembourg. 

 

A code of practice

A code of practice drawn up by all the founding members has been approved by the Employment Administration and is encouraged by the Minister of Work.

 

The three main objectives of this association are :

 

• to promote professional standards and best practices
• to consolidate professional standards and ethics
• to work closely with the Employment Administration in order to promote the interests of job-seekers
  

The strategy 

The Association’s development strategy is to :

 

• raise the Association’s profile as a symbol of professionalism in terms of recruitment
• inform clients and job-seekers of the benefits they can enjoy by working with consultancies which are members of the Association
• continually promote programmes of professional development in member companies of the Association in order to improve all the skills necessary for recruitment
